Our services include the following:
Live-In Care
Care is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on an hourly, overnight or live-in basis, depending on your particular needs and preferences. Services include meal preparation, dressing/grooming assistance, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, recreational activities, nighttime and daytime sitters and daily TLC phone calls.
Personal Care
Our personal care services include non-skilled services that are provided at home to assist the client with activities of daily living, meal preparation, feeding, grooming, hygiene, bathing, and toileting.
Respite Care
Respite care aims to provide short-term and temporary relief to the regular caregiver. Services include personal oversight, ensuring the safety of the client, and assisting with his/her essential needs.
Homemaker Services
Homemaker services include assistance with a client’s general household and housekeeping activities. Our trained staff will help our clients achieve and maintain a safe and healthy home environment.
Nurse Respite Care Services
Nurse respite care services are provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to meet the skilled nursing needs of the client. Services include tracheotomy care requiring removal, cleaning, and replacement of the tube, ventilator care, administration of tube feeding, suctioning, and dispensing of medication.
Advanced Personal Care
Our advanced personal care includes the provision of skilled services to assist clients with their daily living activities. Services include bowel programs, the range of motion, skin integrity, gastronomy tubes, transfer devices, and assistance with non-injectable medications.
Chore Services
Assistance with the client’s basic household tasks is provided, such as spraying for insects, shampooing rugs, washing inside windows, and cleaning blinds, is provided.
Advanced Respite Care Services
Provide services to a client with special needs for the purpose of giving temporary relief to the regular caregiver. Services include bed fasting requiring turning, behavior disorders prompting for self-administered medication, special monitoring due to swallowing,
Parkinson’s, ALS, and Stroke.
We also offer the following programs:
Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Provider
We are contracted with the VA to deliver specific services to our Veterans through the Veterans Choice Program to increase access to community care in specific circumstances.
Veterans Aid & Attendance (A&A) Care Benefit Provider
The Veterans Aid and Attendance Pension provide benefits that reduce the cost of care for veterans and surviving spouses who require assisted living.
Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) Program
The HCY program provides service coordination and authorization for medically necessary services for MO HealthNet recipients with special health care needs from birth to age 21. Service coordination includes assessment through home visits and links to services and resources that enable individuals to remain safely in their homes with their families. Authorized services may include in-home personal care, in-home nursing care, and skilled nursing visits.
