Personal Care Services (Agency Model)
Provision Home Care Inc. provides professional personal care services through our HCBS agency caregiver model. This means we supply trained caregivers to assist with daily tasks while promoting safety, comfort, and dignity at home.
Our services are designed for seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery.
Who is Eligible?
- Are enrolled in MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid)
You may qualify if you:
- Need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Are you recovering after hospitalization, illness, or surgery
- Are you living with a disability or mobility limitations
- Are you a senior who needs support to remain safely at home
(Services may also be available through insurance, programs, or private payment, depending on your situation.)

- Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
- Dressing and grooming
- Toileting and incontinence support
- Transfers and mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and safety supervision
- Respite support for family caregivers
